This is because you have not installed semanage

You can run the following command to install yum install policycoreutils-python

It should be noted that if you are running fedora 31 or a higher version, the above installation may not be installed, indicating that the package was not found.

You can try to run:dnf install policycoreutils-python-utils to install.

dnf install policycoreutils-python-utils-011643 × 857 246 KB

Then you can run semanage -h to see if your semanage has been installed on your system.

semanage-h

If you are sure that the installation is complete, you can start to set up.

If you don't know which package your command is in.

You can use commands to find.

For example, yum provides semanage

policycoreutils-python-utils-2.9-5.fc31.noarch:SELinux policy core python utilities
Repo:fedora
Matched from:
Filename:/usr/sbin/semanage

dnf-providers-checking

The use of yum and dnf is the same.
